Gringos is a wonderful addition to the Brazos Valley! While the wait can be long (was an hour and a half for our group of 4)... it?s well worth it. Our table was served by Parker who provided good service and was quite personable with us even while busywith multiple other tables! The food is very good and definitely made fresh. Portions are on the larger side and could easilybe split. Upon being seated you get chips and 2 types of salsas. Salad were good but chips could have been seasoned or saltedbetter. Food prices are very reasonable and most plates range from $12-24. Only complaint would be the drink prices? almost $15for a margarita felt steep. In fact, for one of us, the drink cost more than the food. Will definitely be back! Oh! And theyhave free ice cream! Read more

Solid dining experience. The wait is excruciating long, but you can check in online and be in line for ninety minutes. BE... WARNED, if you haven?t arrived at the restaurant and checked in with the hostess before the ninety minutes is up, you will bedropped from the list and have to get back in line at the end. (For reference, at 5:30 when we checked in there were 68 peoplein line ahead of us.) Once seated, the service was fine. Not the best I?ve ever had, but they were jam packed and Parker wasdoing his best, all orders were correct! Food was very good. Nothing out of this world, but would definitely come back. Pricesfor the food were all fair, however drinks were another story. I got a grande Cadillac margarita and it was $15, and tasted likea plain Jane margarita, nothing special at all. My entire combo plate was only $14. Added bonus of free ice cream by the frontdoor on your way out, so that?s nice! Read more

I love Gringos. Today was my second visit to this location. Today was definitely not my usual experience. I sat at the bar. My... spot was cleaned and my drink was ordered and chips delivered. Slight wait, but ok. After 15 minutes I flagged down a waitress.I let her know I thought my waitress forgot about me and could she take my order. She asked another waiter who then asked herto wait one moment. She took my order after that. Once my food was delivered... I flagged down the waitress again.. forsilverware. Once I finished eating I then flagged down yet another member of the wait staff for my check. Food was as good asalways. Read more

I've been wondering why this place is so packed every night. (We were #32 on the wait list - at 5;45 on a Wednesday evening -... when I signed us up online. We had a table shortly after arriving.). Well, the chips and salsa were excellent - and so we'rethe tres amigos+ pepe enchiladas and the strawberry margarita. Turns out, they are packed because the food is delicious! Read more

Worth the wait! My best advice is sign up with open table the minute you can get added to the waitlist. Our group of 6 knew... better and signed up onto the waitlist at 4 p.m. We planned to meet up at 5:15 p.m., which worked out well since all our guestsarrived just before 5:30 p.m. when made it to the top of the list. If you?re planning on deep conversation, think again! Theacoustics in the place along with the music make it nearly impossible to hear people a couple down from you at your own table. The food and our waiter was great! Prices were also very reasonable. Be careful if they split your group check and try to pay atyour table with the QR code- my friend?s check showed up really strange. Read more

New restaurant in July 2022. Very busy but first come first serve seating at the bar. Well staffed with experienced server!... Bartenders are top notch. Food was perfect for me. I?ll be back often. The only improvement is if they would add a pinballmachine or two. Read more

Went to Gringo?s for the soft opening. The food and drink were fantastic and on par with the quality of other locations! Service... was friendly and good despite being in training. The decor of the restaurant is beautiful too. Can?t wait to return! Read more
