It had been years since I had Five Guys so I was really looking forward to going again but my experience was kind of a let down.... I was extremely hungry and asked for the bacon cheeseburger but the cashier mistakenly rang up the little cheeseburger which Ididn't realize until it came out. My single meal ended up being almost $20 and was just okay. Even with inflation that'soutrageous. There are better burgers that don't cost as much. Read more

No line...only us. Nobody eating in the dining room. No cars in the parking lot. Just for the 2 of us was going to be over... $40... I just shook my head and told cashier I wasn?t paying that for 2 hamburgers. Funny enough, he said he understood. Maybehe gets that quite often. I don?t think I could really enjoy a meal feeling like I got ripped off while I was eating it.Ditched it and went to Mr. Hamburger. Read more

I went for lunch with another adult and child. We ordered 1 adult burger, 2 little burgers, 1 fries and 3 drinks. The total... was $43. One little burger was wrong, and they fixed it, and the drink machines were out of syrup, which I mentioned and theydidn't fix. It was pretty frustrating to pay $10 for bad drinks. The burgers were pretty good all things considered. I justdon't see the appeal. For $25, yes, but not $43. Read more

My burger was delicious - but the french fries really stole the show for me. I just love the fresh-cut fries at Five Guys.

Because of the quality and service, I was kind of disappointed to spend $20 per person. The cashier seemed to be annoyed that I... was confused with the menu items because I received the silent treatment and blank stares. It was my family and I's first timethere. When I got my burger the patties weren't even whole circles, they were in pieces and falling out of the burger. Ididn't get the sauce I asked for and all the toppings were to one side of the burger. I ordered a large fry and my wife and sonordered a regular fry. Although we always share all our fries, we got the same amount of fries in the large fry as the regularfry. Some of the other employees had a better attitude and they did make the fries as requested, with no salt. Overall it waskind of a strange experience and really not worth $20/person. Read more

I did an online order. Went to go pick up at the pick time as told to me through the email. I had to wait until everyone in the... store got their food first( 15 minutes after the supposed pick up time) even though I was there before some of the customers. Idid not get a cheeseburger and they put cheese on it, luckily one of the employees caught it just in time and took it off, eventhough we have issues with it being cooked with dairy on it ( the cook was cooking the meat patties with the cheese slices onthem over the grill). This was a no go but I had my 2 yr old son and 11 yr old autistic daughter waiting for me and couldn'twait another 15 minutes for them to fix the order. This wasn't too big of a deal but if you cant do online orders than don'toffer it. People in my situation with family members that have disabilities have to plan everything out to avoid aggravatingtheir disabilities. I could have went anywhere in College Station and gotten a simple hamburger. I'll just sick with TX Burgerin Wellborn, order is always correct, on time and the best burgers. Read more

If you've been to a Five Guys before, it is comparable. That is to say, it's about as good as fast food burgers and fries can be... but at a price premium. It's early days so the staff is still training but they were all very friendly and competent and we gotour food fast. I wish that it was slightly less expensive, I don't feel that the jump in quality fully justifies how much moreexpensive it is than competing options. You do get a lot of food though, pictured is the regular cheeseburger all the way and alittle Cajun fry. They aren't kidding when they say to only order a little fry if you're ordering for one person. Read more
