Customer service is huge for these folks, very thoughful, while not being pretensious about it. If you're looking for a tasty... coffee, without alot of pomp and circumstance then this is your stop. The business model seems to focus on an efficient customerflow without being dehumanizing about it. The folks working there seem alert, but relaxed and casual, while still putting outdelicious drinks in a timely manner. Read more

My daughter ? Dutch Bros Coffee...so when we are in town we always get coffee before we get in the to head home. I can honestly... say that I always finish my coffee when from Dutch Bros because they always get it right and the customer service isconsistently good...like the ?. I love that they are cheaper than that other coffee place. I would say they need a moredescriptive menu for non-regulars and not just the holiday menu. After we ordered we learned about some other great options.With that being said I just have to create a wish lost for my next few visits. Read more
