There was a bite out of my chicken tenders, that?s pretty gross. All I got was a ?we can remake it for you? not a we?re so sorry... about that ma?am. It was a inconvenience to them that someone put a half eaten chicken tender in the box. It certainly wasn?t mesince I haven?t even taken a bite yet. That is a health issue, and it?s just plain gross. After being disappointed by the catfish from Willie's Icehouse, I was suitably impressed by the fillets offered by Chicken... Express!! Easily twice the size of Willie's, accompanied by two side dishes (or one and a drink) and hushpuppies; anddelicious! The rest of my family had chicken -- strips for the young ones, breasts & drumstick for the middle, and livers &gizzards fir my wife (only decent ones we've found around here). I will say their "sweet tea" is a bit much for wife and I;younger ones loved it, but if you're not fond of syrupy sweetness, opt for half and half instead (sweet mixed with unsweet). Read more

We?ve been here twice now. The first time it was great, we were in and out fast and the food and drinks were yummy. But the... second time around the chicken made us sick. We?ve been to multiple different chicken express?s more times than I can count onmy toes and finger and this was the first time we?ve gotten sick from it. Nowadays fast food service is so poor. I came in to town on business. This is the second time I have visited this place and it's... not only good food, the customer service is outstanding. The workers are hard working and go out of there way to help you. Theycome to your table and ask you how the food is and ask if you want more to drink for refills. Very courteous establishment. Good customer service does not exist anymore. While trying to order my food the clerk kept interrupting me. I ordered fish so I... expected to have to wait. I was told it would be 12-14 minutes. After 25 minutes I still did not have my food that had alreadybeen paid for. So I went back to the window to ask how much longer because it has been 25 minutes. The clerk just stared at meas if I was bothering her. I get home, one of the sides(coleslaw) isn't in the box and fish was over cooked. Read more
My church member and I stopped in on this past Sunday. She ordered a meal and I ordered sides. It was her idea for us to stop... in. It so happened to be my first time visiting this establishment. The cashier was nice and very friendly. She didn't mindsharing her smile with us. Which I liked. She was also patient enough while we checked our order for accuracy. I got coleslawand fried corn bites. The corn bites were delicious and definitely different. She got tenders, fries, a sweet tea and fried cornbites. As far as I know she had no complaints about her food. I would go back to visit them again. Read more
Chicken gizzards and chicken tenders hotter spicy they're awesome,, I wish they had a combo though, of the chicken gizzards and... tenders together. Nunber 1 4 piece tender went up, might as well say it's $10 wow. But wait for the gizz its worth it. Read more
