I ordered a salad online and not only was my order either taken or never made, I was given a fourth of what I ordered after made... to wait while they hurriedly made it. I ordered what sounded like a delicious Greek salad. What I got when I got back to myoffice upon opening my lunch was a plethora of delicious toppings and hardly any actual leafy greens. Don?t get me wrong thehummus, chicken and toppings were delicious but what I paid and asked for was a salad and with a salad comes the actual lettuce.I felt skimped ???? I got a fourth of what my bowl should of looked like. Although I appreciate the polite young woman whoapologized and made my order, I probably will not be returning. My advice: call and make sure your order is made before arrivingand check your food before leaving the restaurant. Read more
Usually a great experience and good food. This time customer service was not good. Got ignored when I asked a question and also... got a bit of attitude from a second worker since my question never got answered. I have had other friends say customer serviceis a bit off here sometimes too. Food is great though. Read more
Since I?ve lived in college station I?ve been to cava a million times and I?m in love! The customer service is always amazing... and the food is soooo good. Service is terrible. Employees are drained and don?t care. Mine could move a lot faster than it does. The line is slow... regardless of time or day. It?s really simple, chipotle has the same operations and they?re way faster. Average waiting time inline is 20-30 min. And it takes 5 minutes for my order to be done in a line. Management could use some more employees and betterstrategies. Read more
Order was late, and just sitting on the counter unbagged and getting cold. Staff were slow and standoffish when asked after 10... minutes if I could have my food. Rushed home to try and eat warm food only to discover they?d given us 3 completely wrong bowls:no pita, wrong toppings including corn in a bowl for someone with an intolerance, wrong meat, one bowl was almost empty, and ofcourse absolutely cold. Wonderful experience. Very busy but line moves rather quick. I?d call this Mediterranean Chipotle. Prices were on the high side... (I got a bowl and it was around $11.50) but delicious and well worth the price. Read more
Tried their spicy chicken and avocado pita, it was exceptional! Extremely fresh and vibrant with flavor. If you're into... mideterranean food you definitely need to give this a try. I also love the diet root beer. Clean place, professional staff.Overall very pleasant. It's a bit on the more pricey side, but in my opinion it was worth it! Read more
