This is the first time I have been to this Arby's and kudo's to everything! The associate taking the order was so friendly and... sweet. Choices on a double beef where cheese was concerned? No one ever asked me that so I was totally surprised. His responsewas "We just wanted to make your day better." Much to my surprise they offered swiss as well, so I thought ???? hmmm why not!And I ordered a Reuben. He also asked about the sauces that I would prefer. You can't go wrong with their horsey sauce! At thewindow when I paid he was just as pleasant. When I got home the beef sandwich was loaded with meat. Yum ???? But with sadness,no horsey sauce, instead, Arby sauce. I'm still going to give them a five star for service and excellent hot food! But next timecan I please have horsey sauce!!! ???? Read more
Ordered buffalo sliders and the employees taking the order talk over you and rush you through so they mess up. Buffalo sliders... and cheesy peppers don?t sound anything alike. Read more

This Arby's is clean and well run. The food is delicious. I am disappointed that they discontinued the chicken salad with... pecans; that was my favorite. I am also disappointed that they stopped baking the salted caramel chocolate chip cookies inhouse. Those were just delectable. The bakery packaged cookies they've been replaced with aren't nearly as good; they justtaste like grocery store bakery fare. Please consider bringing those two examples of pure goodness back! First of all, I want to start with the positive because my husband and I enjoy your beef sandwiches & curly fries. Also the... Dreamsicle shake is yummy. When we're traveling, Arby's is always a safe bet. HOWEVER, we've been wanting to try the fish sinceit's been advertised so much. Here's our opinion: You do beef sandwiches well. You do curly fries well. You do dreamsicle shakeswell You DON'T do fish well, so STOP IT. Taste like Good Value Fish Sticks and not even any tartar sauce comes with it. YUCK. The service was fast and amazing. Adam was very polite and friendly. I've never been to a fast food restaurant where an employee... converses with you and is friendly and polite.
