Food is good. My advice is to never go there on a Sunday afternoon around 12pm est. You will be fighting people for food... (ghetto). The staff can't keep up with the crowd so you're having to wait for food repetitively. Outside of that the foodoptions are good. Wonderful options for children. Read more
This is an acceptable place for variety but please do not expect much. Hibachi was good but it's something hard to mess up.... Sushi area didn't really look like pictures. Today was my first time coming back here after several years and it was okay, but definitely needs some improvements. The food... selection was decent and we went on a Saturday night so they had a decent crowd and a good turnover on their food trays. Thehibachi was the best thing. One of my usual Chinese buffet favorites, the stuffed crab shell, was disappointing here. It lackedflavor and meat. According to the people at my table, the crabs today were meaty and sweet and the oysters were fresh as well.So Saturday evenings are probably best for fresh seafood. All the other food I had was average. Their deserts were notparticularly good, but they had a good assortment of fruits which was nice. Service for plate removal and drink refills was goodas well. The biggest problem with this place is the atmosphere. The music is too loud. The floor all around the entrance up tothe counter was sticky. The table was not cleaned well. Several of their high chairs were broken (missing straps... which is ahuge safety liability), and the high chair they finally gave us that wasn't broken was filthy. Their bathroom was dirty as wellthough I will give them props for closing it for cleaning later on. Overall, this place is fine if you're looking for sheerquantity and mostly average food. But their cleanliness is lacking which makes you wonder whether that is also the case in thekitchen. If they did a better job keeping the public areas clean and maybe even updated their furniture, it would give a muchbetter impression to customers. Read more

I came here yesterday and nonetheless my boyfriend found hair in his food. After talking to the server she tried to deny the... fact that it was hair then when I spoke to the manager she said it’s because kids come in and when they grab food sometimestheir hair falls in the food and that she would put new rice out. It honestly made my boyfriend and I lose our appetite. Ididn’t even finish the one plate that I grabbed because the food was cold, not many options and just honestly a waste ofmoney.After asking for a refund I was denied a refund and then told I’d only get a partial refund because we had already satdown and ate.(which I didn’t receive because I paid with Apple Pay and she claimed I needed my actual card to receive thepartial refund) Not to mention she was counting the plates so she was obviously watching our table. We didn’t come here to payfor plates we came here to enjoy some food and didn’t enjoy anything. I do not recommend. Read more
