I like this place... my best advice is to go in the evenings for money saving deals. Going in the daytime will cost you $50 for... 2 people easily, not including food or drinks. I tried the 22 Oz (pictured)... you can't go wrong with any drink really. Read more
String reset. No indication anywhere that this is the case. Very disappointing. Lanes were dry and balls would bounce back after... throwing. Brought my own personal balls and they came back scratched and chipped. Balls kept getting stuck and employees wereslow to respond and eventually stopped coming to help. Food is nasty. John, the General Manager, and his team were so friendly and helpful!! Also, the overall atmosphere was nice, bright, and... welcoming. Yesterday was a very special day for my family because my boyfriend was planning to propose to me while at thebowling alley. John and his team were so kind and willingly assisted my mom and boyfriend with the proposal plan, even offeringthem creative ideas!! We cannot express our gratitude for the help, contributions, and overall kindness of John and his team.They went above and beyond to make this moment very special and memorable for us. Why advertise a Groupon special on a Saturday when you CAN?T use it on Saturday?s? After speaking with my party for about 10... minutes, I decided I?ll pay again at regular price. The young lady THEN decides to tell me there is a 2 hour wait? she could?vetold me that when I first arrived with the Groupon or while watching me speak to my party for 10 minutes. We had such an amazing night, the manager John was wonderful and checked in on us, I appreciated the atmosphere, great music,... it?s clean, you can enjoy a great drinks and bar food and classic American bowling, so glad we came:) we stayed till it closedand we?re sad to leave! Read more
Bowling was fun but the check in, lane set up and check out process were unclear and confusing. Felt ignored when we arrived... (staff was dealing with several things at once) and after being told which lane to go to, we weren?t given any instructions onhow to start playing, the staff was impatient and made us feel kind of stupid for that. Their play system is not intuitive so alittle direction would have gone a long way. Also, $50 just for two people, two games with shoe rental (we didn?t even order anyfood or drinks) is quite a lot of money. They also ?pre-authorized? $30 on top of our $50 paid so I?ll be anxiously checking mycredit card statement to confirm that got refunded, so it doesn?t turn into an $80 bowling outing. We had a great first time! Wings were delicious..it was clean, not all worn down. Staff was friendly. It was a nice family... friendly atmosphere, full bar..we got there around 6pm and it was not crowded but good amount of people there. Games are nottimed, but it is nice to be mindful of other guests if it's a wait for lanes. However, by time we were leaving the line wasout the door....on a Tuesday! We will definitely be back. Everything was great stuff extremely friendly and helpful. Food came out hot and quick, and the drinks from the bar delicious... with reasonable prices definitely 10/10 and my new found hang out spot. Thanks college park for great night. Read more
