After a long night at work I got off in the a.m. I came to this waffle house hungry and really wanting a good cup of coffee.... While they were short staffed and not doing dine in for the moment. Never been to one that doesn't accept dine in even though doors are unlocked and I could walk in. Waiting on next shift was the... excuse...but it's 1:20pm? And most waffle houses can do that and take orders at the same time. I'm posting the store number herecause the employees on shift obviously don't care for the companies business. Straight up refusing customers even after beingasked if coming back soon was optimal. Going out the door and hearing them talk about this being a break day... Sounds like lazyworkers. Hope the boss fixes that cause that's less than ideal for them and the business in question. Read more

I haven't had Waffle House since 2019 due to Covid. I was so excited to get a double waffle! However, as you can see one waffle... is burned and hard and the other waffle had batter still in the middle. Why would my server bring this to my table? Why wouldthe cook serve this? It was my first time visiting the USA just as a layover, and having breakfast here this morning was my first experience of... American food. It was excellent, mostly due to the staff. I naively ordered an "All star special" and I think I won't need toeat more today because I'll be too full. But I really liked it. I didn't know what hashbrowns were but I loved them! The eggswere perfect. The waffle was just the right consistency and flavor. I must go back to the airport now, thank you guys. Read more
