I just want to understand how you mess up an order while customer is there with you waiting. You hear me say add onions to a... sandwich but I get no onions. I ordered a double patty melt but the cheese is only on one patty and you don't even season themeat. Read more
The lady at the window had the worst attitude. I understood that they were only taking walk up orders and there were only two... people working inside the store one was at the window and one was the cook which that was cool, but that lady at the window wasjust awful and I'll leave it there. The customers were extremely loud, and our food was served in to go containers instead of plates. I didn't understand that. The... cook definitely does not know how to prepare eggs scrambled eggs should look like scrambled eggs I wish I would have taken apicture. I love the energy of this location. I walked in & was greeted right away by all. One of my favorite reasons for dining in is... because of the juke box. I LOVE LOVE LOVE good music while eating good comfort food. The juke box was already playing the bestmusic so it felt good from the moment I stepped in. The food was delightful per usual & my waitress gave top notch service. Iput a few dollars in the music box before I left to give the staff more to jam to & be happy. I believe in happy cooks make thefood taste better. The staff thanked me for doing that & that made my day. I'd return to this location any day. Read more
First visit..I understand times are hard. First, we waited 30 minutes on food to be made. As we waited, customer came in with a... dog? still waiting. Checks on food..5more minutes. Customer with dog food?s ready and worker brings it out, but feeds the dogbacon (or something). She washes her hands though ????????. Food still not ready. 10 more minutes. Finally gets food and it?swrong. Ham not well done (like asked), waffles missing, meats missing, no butter, syrup, jelly, silverware. We?re patientlywaiting because we have to feed our kids. She gave us extras but I WONT EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. No organization withinthe work place at all. Waited 45 minutes on a all star special and extra waffles ??????????? and NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. They get 3stars because it?s Waffle House. If this food nasty, I will be back to add to this review. I spent $37.00 to LYFT to this location from the airport to be told that they were doing take- out only. I tried calling in... advance but got no answer. There were several people working that day. Had they answered, it would have saved me a lot of moneyin LYFT fees. This was not a good look for someone who was visiting GA! Read more
