We stopped here for lunch just now. We were going to go through the drive thru, but I needed to use the restroom so we parked... and I went in while my husband was adjusting the seat and preparing to take over driving. Upon entering and going toward therestroom, an employee barks out, loudly enough for everyone in the dining room to hear, ?You can?t use the restroom until youbuy something.? First of all, super rude way to speak to someone. Second, really inconsiderate policy that I?ve neverexperienced at any other restaurant, whether close to the interstate or not. Read more
After waiting 10 minutes to place my order I was informed they can only accept cash!!! So I had to wait another 10 minutes for... everyone else to get their order before I could be on my way. Read more
Well I will start here. When I walked in I heard some guy in the food prep area talking and cussing amongst the other crew... members. I felt that was inappropriate for a place of business. Not only were they out of the Mexican pizza, but also nachos anda few other things I inquired about including the Freeze drinks. The young lady sweeping the floor was rude. The sad part aboutit I usually visit this location about twice a month and I always have a pleasant experience there but today they dropped theball. I just left without ordering anything. Read more
I can't lie, this is the best taco bell I've been to. I come here frequently and I'm never disappointed. The food is always... hot and fresh, Even if I get it delivered. They also have a 100 inspection rating which means a lot for a fast food restaurant. Read more
The food I ordered was completely sloppy and not put together at all. I ordered a crunch wrap and there was NO MEAT inside of it... at all just lettuce and cheese I asked for light sour cream on my taco and they put EXTRA sour cream instead to top it all offmy food was COLD smh I live all the way in Austell so I could go back tried to call and NO ONE ANSWERED!!! Drive through is a joke was 12:30 waited 40 minutes to get to the front they apparently close at 3am on Friday. They then inform... us only taking door dash orders. Useless wish I could give negative stars. Really poor experience put a sign outside then.Luckily the McDonald?s was serving and they motored through the line. It?s funny too I was seeing how slow taco bell was I guessbecause door dash people are waiting for orders that aren?t ready and debated leaving to go to McDonald?s because it was movingway quicker.
