On multiple occasions this restaurant disappoints. 1st it was a matter of leaving out side items(an order of fries). The 2nd... instance, the food was not fresh at all. Very bland and even cooked poorly. The 3rd incident, we ordered food and we got acompletely different item from what was requested. There's always atleast one discrepancy. Would not recommend. I ordered a 8 piece mild chicken only and paid about $18 for some nasty food. The chicken was not seasoned at all. Popeyes food... used to taste so good. What happened? Food is not fresh ever. Chicken was dry and lukewarm. The fries and biscuits were the same. Unless you want chicken that?s been... sitting out for hours, go somewhere else. Ordered online and had to wait an extra 20 mins in drive thru. Could not even pick up order in the lobby. Why is the lobby still... closed? Even during the day for online pickup. It's like businesses used the pandemic as a excuse to pick and choose when theywant their lobby open. What's the point of forcing customers to order online just to wait in the drive thru. Then once yourealize how long the line is there is no option to even cancel your online order. Every Lobby table was dirty And the floor inside.It wasn't too much to ask if someone can clean it so we could dine in. Chicken... was warm and wasn't giving what Popeyes gives.. Our cashier which could have been a manager because she had on a greyshirt(everyone else's was orange),was helpful and also replaced our missing items without hassle. I am not in the least bitrushing back to this particular location. The uniforms of at least 6 of the workers looked like the lobby Many of us payattention to this. Be forewarned that this store is a franchise and not company owned. Which means that the specials that you see in commercials... and the coupons you get in the mail won't be valid here. For instance Popeye's is currently running an ad for a six dollarshrimp box. At this location it's seven fifty. I drove through because I had a taste for red beans and rice and I was close by.The small size was over three dollars and the container was a little over half full. I literally had about five teaspoons offood. Bypass this location and visit the one in Union City. You can get advertised specials they'll accept your coupons andyou'll get full servings. Read more

We ordered the two can dine special, some of the chicken was dry. We were able to enjoy the meal since they gave us plenty of... hot sauce. When we are in the area again, we will give it another try. Nice staff. Read more

The staff was very friendly but the wait time for an online order was ridiculously long. I Know that they said that some of... their burners were out which I'm sure was the cause of this but I waited over 30 minutes before I got the orders. The real issuewas that it took them @ least 20 minutes before giving everyone one else their online order as well and some people came inafter me and left before me. I'm not sure why but I noticed that the ruder the customers are the faster they catered to them.Overall the restaurant was really clean. The staff was helpful and nice.
