I ordered a 8 piece mild chicken only and paid about $18 for some nasty food. The chicken was not seasoned at all. Popeyes food... used to taste so good. What happened? Ordered online and had to wait an extra 20 mins in drive thru. Could not even pick up order in the lobby. Why is the lobby still... closed? Even during the day for online pickup. It's like businesses used the pandemic as a excuse to pick and choose when theywant their lobby open. What's the point of forcing customers to order online just to wait in the drive thru. Then once yourealize how long the line is there is no option to even cancel your online order. Every Lobby table was dirty And the floor inside.It wasn't too much to ask if someone can clean it so we could dine in. Chicken... was warm and wasn't giving what Popeyes gives.. Our cashier which could have been a manager because she had on a greyshirt(everyone else's was orange),was helpful and also replaced our missing items without hassle.
