Couldn't understand the lady on the microphone taking my order. For some reason they only would take cards and not money which... is strange. When I pulled up to the window to get my food I was sorry that I pulled through as there was a mess on the floorwith food on the floor and wrappers. Even though we had fries, they didn't give us any ketchup, and the burgers were only okay.It was pretty expensive for what we got as well. I would not go back. Read more
Wow can?t believe I waited For 45 min literally had everyone beeping at me as if it was my fault no one responded to the... speaker! When I got To the window the cashier expressed he was the only one their as the lady behind him threw two buns on thecounter when I got My food I was so relieved I pulled Off without inspecting the fish sandwiches I had Purchased. They were coldand old in fact they were like they had been put in a microwave for 45 min it was gross I threw Them out the window on oldnational grateful I didnt Order anything that would require cooking. I was served a "chicken bite" that was literally as hard and solid as a rock. Unfortunately it took me biting into it to find... this out. My order was hot so I assumed it was fresh (silly me). This is not the first incident I've had with this Checkers,I've had issues with well overcooked and under cooked food items. Calling in to make a complaint with management has proven tobe pointless and a waste of time. The only upside to last night's meal is that I got the box with the "rock" surprise and notone of my sons. Highly upset and disappointed, so money wasted again aaand now tooth pain to go see about. So this was the worst experience at a Checkers EVER.. Went to Georgia last weekend and wanted Checkers because we no long have... one in the city. My food was Cold like it had been in the bag from another order that was given back. The girl taking orders wasrude and wasn't listening to what I was saying. When I got to the window she handed me my drink and dropped the straws. I toldher the drink I ordered was supposed to be with no Ice she rolled her eyes poured it out and filled the cup and put the top backon with some running down the cup. No napkins and didn't even give me straws just moved on like she couldn't be bothered. It wasdirty inside and I took one bite and I threw it away because it was cold and the bacon was rubbery.
