This place needs new and better management. I come in and sit in line for 10 mins. Wait for my order for 20 mins. No... greetings, explanation, or apologies. This place lacks good customer service. The Worst customer service! It is Nasty in the dining area and behind the counter. No sanitary protocols being followed. No... hand washing, glove usage Horse flies flying everywhere. Been coming here for a while, the location is normally busy esp with the main traffic off old national. I tired the Impossible... Burger, and honestly it wasn't bad. It has the signature char grill taste and you can slightly tell the difference from realmeat to vegan option. 4 stars because the service is kinda slow at times.
