It?s now 649 pm they close at seven. I asked the lady for a Panzerotti. She proceeded to tell me that they close at seven. The... only thing you can buy there is premade pizza that?s 3 hours+ old? She proceeded to tell me they just throw it all in thegarbage. I asked her if I could buy it at a discount or 50% off and she told me no she can?t do that. Same scenario as Trevor experienced. Called at 5:50 to place an order and got turned down. Girl says they aren?t taking anymore... orders. She said they stop taking orders at 6:30. I said it?s 5:50 and she said they have enough to keep them busy until 7:00. ICalled to speak to the owner and got told the owner is never there, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told the managercomes in from time to time to check on things and goes home, so no acting manager on duty?lovely. I give credit where credit isdue?the pizza is pretty good, but the service lacks beyond belief. Clearly not to the same consistency and standards of the franchise. Staff deny taking orders because they're too busy, close... early and stop taking orders at their discretion. Stopping orders earlier then what is stated for last order time. I'm surprisedthat the pizzaville puts their name on this location. Definitely the oddball location in the franchise and it shows from all theother negative reviews. Read more
Placed an order they said it will be 1 hour for 1 pizza which is already ridiculous and when I showed up an hour later and when... I showed up they had not even put the pizza in the oven yet and said 15 more minutes I canceled and walked out. I am disgustedby these employees lack of respect for people's time. Stopped in at 7:10pm to place an order for a couple of pizzas, and was told they aren?t taking any more orders despite closing... at 8. After asking why, they stated they were behind on orders (they had 17 pizzas to do). They offered their stale slices fromthe counter (thanks but no thanks, 6 slices isn?t going to feed my family, why else would I want to order 2 largepizzas?). Clearly there is a time management issue if there are 17 orders to complete in the next 50 minutes. Skip this placeand get better pizza at Bozco?s, you won?t regret it. Read more
