Dunkin has always been hit or miss for me. The drinks are very inconsistent. One time it'll be great, and the next time I order,... it's basically iced milk. Unfortunately there aren't many options for coffee in the area, so here we are. Read more
Anytime my partner and I go (I don?t get the hype and the coffee is nearly always made wrong, but he loves it) he asks for sugar... free vanilla syrup in his coffee. Pretty much always have to have a remake because we get the non-sugar free kind. Today,October 30th, around 2pm the manager was leaning against the wall talking absolute smack to the employees, having them cleaneverything but the front counter where you pick up the coffee. Which was gross. The manager didn?t help anyone, just madecommands, she wasn?t organized enough to give good direction to the staff, and even berated them for making her own coffee wrongwhile we were there. My husband looked at his coffee with regular vanilla syrup and somehow? cinnamon was added in although itwas unasked for, and we just left it there on the counter. This place is a letdown. Location seems nicer and newer than others and you?d think it?d be good but they?re not. I would... definitely skip this place. Coffees are hit or miss, but mostly miss. I feel like the employees don?t really listen, thus endingup with a wrong order and the food is also not freshly made. Received hash browns that were obviously sitting and they also hada gross burnt smoky taste. I describe it as tasting the way cigarettes smell. Sounds odd but that?s just how gross it was. Veryodd taste. There are much better Dunkin?s around. The Florence location is almost always on point. I would recommend travelingfurther if you can. It?d be worth it. Read more

I'm very disappointed at the customer service. Very rude at the drive thru. Menu not up to date and employees unwilling to help,... just trying to rush through ordering. Disrespectful, laughing and saying, "seriously," when we were asking questions. Drinkswere good, but didn't get anything we wanted. Read more
Very mixed experience here. Coffee drinks are excellent. I would say 5 stars on that. Meets or exceeds expectations. My wife... and I had two of the breakfast sandwiches this morning. I had the sourdough sandwich, and she had the sausage and cheesecroissant. Both were very disappointing. I thought the sourdough would be toasted, but it was really too tough and thick for thesandwich. The croissant was also surprisingly tough. They both had a slight soap taste which I imagine is not always the case. Ihave to say 2 maybe 3 stars for breakfast sandwiches. The bacon and sausage were both good, so maybe 3. I decided to stop here between jobs and have a relaxing time with coffee and a snack. Dunkin' Donuts coffee (original) is... amazing: smooth, roasted flavor that is a treat on the tongue, so I buy it often at the grocery store but this was my first timedining at a location. The parking lot surrounds the building with plenty of spaces, and they do have a drive thru. Inside, it'sbright and inviting. Clean, too, though one table was cluttered with employee belongings. Plenty of space to sit and relax withfree Wi-Fi. The employees (all young women) were sweet and working hard. I was pleasantly surprised to see avocado toast on themenu, so I got it. The bread was fresh and soft, and there were sprinkled seeds on top. It was good, though the avocado has atinge of bitterness from what is likely lemon juice to keep it fresh longer, so it tastes less creamy than homemade. I stillrecommend it for those looking for healthier pick-me-ups while stopping in. The coffee was amazing. I expected no less. Originalblend with nothing but sweetener. It was wonderful! The bathroom was clean as well. Overall, a great experience that I wouldlike to recreate in the future. Read more
