The new pay by the hour system is horrible. We got there around 8:30 and had to wait until about 10 to get a lane. Once we did,... they closed the lanes right at 11 and we didn?t even get to finish our full hour. The bar didn?t make a last call which wasdisappointing as we were all planning on getting another drink. Bartender and front desk people were rude and had attitude. Thepeople at the front desk told us we had to get two different lanes for 8 people even though the computer screen said that wecould play with up to 12 people. The lane was in bad shape. Staff said it hadn't been oiled for days because it wasn't used for league play. For $40/hr I... expected a better experience. That's insanely pricey for bowling so it's a deal breaker not to have at least a somewhat decentexperience. Could care less about the fancy HDTVs with my score, just wanted to bowl. Didn't expect to be bowling on achalkboard. The area desperately needs some competition. Read more

Hands down the worst time I've ever had the staff was rude we showed up at 4:00 was told an hour and a half so we went to the... bar and had some dinner and a couple drinks was eight people then we went back up the hour half was up and they told me anotherhour to two hours so we decided to stay there and continue playing in the arcade which was another $300 between all eight of uson top of the 500 in food then I had gone back up about an hour and a half later and was told another hour so I asked for themanager into the girls decided to give me attitude so therefore I asked again I got the manager we had discuss it calmly that Iwould get into a game 15 minutes so then I waited another 25 minutes to be paged to the front desk to be told we were beingasked to leave after spending almost $1,000 on top of the $100 it cost me to cross the ferry to go from New York to Colchesterneedless to say I will be calling the manager or whoever corporate is because I feel discriminated at the way I was treated wehad gone there a week prior had no problems and had a great time so we invited more of my friends and this is what happens wewere there at 4:00 p.m. till 7:30 p.m. well other people were just walking in and getting in right away Read more

Lost track of time there. So fun and so much variety. Felt like a kid again. There's something there for everyone. Many family's... and couples of all ages. The Staff are very pleasant & helpful. I'd like the old Spare Time back. Renovations for the bowling lanes were a mere facelift where not needed in order to increase... pricing. New pay-by-the-hour pricing model only worth it if you are speed-bowling and decentivises casual bowlers, possiblebecause they are the only bowling venue in the area. $43/hour for 2 people is ridiculous, let alone a family or a party. Newlane seating offers no space to maneuver past people forcing the party to get up or for bowlers to walk around through a lesscrowded lanes space to bowl. Read more

Great destination place! Bowling, arcade, and laser tag...you can really spend a full evening there. Prices are good and the... staff are great. And I hear they're adding onto the arcade and adding escape rooms as well...super pumped! Love this place. Read more

I had a blast time with my friend going bowling here! It's my first time going bowling since October 2018; I still have some of... experience in myself (including bowling tricks) it's so fun to get yourself back into track to go join bowling league (I mightbe doing that in my state [California]).
