Potholes in lot was terrible. Nasty place, door was broke to get in. Employees just sitting at table and watch us stand there... for 5 min before coming to counter to take order. Food was disgusting, took a bite and threw it in garbage. This place won't beopen much longer in this condition. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. The soda machine tasted so disgusting I couldn't even drink any of the flavors. The food was... sloppy and not edible. Definitely do not recommend this location. The grease for the fries is for sure filthy. Read more
I visited this Burger King location during a road trip, the lobby was not open so I used drive-thru. I ordered a whopper meal... and Big King with Bacon to try it, when I bit into the burger I realized there was only a drop of mayonnaise on the whopper, soI to drive back to the drive-thru window and requested mayonnaise packets. The fries were not very good, and I was not impressedwith his Burger King location. Read more
This was absolutely one of the worst Burger kings I have ever been too!!! I was on a very long trip with my family. We pulled... off the hwy to get some food and take a break. There was two couples in the store and two cars in the drive thru. It was mywife our children and I. The wife got out I need a 10 peice nugget and the woman taking our order goes is that it very rudelylike 6 people are are going to eat 10 nuggets and after everything thing my wife tried to order she would very rudely say isthat it so I asked her why she was being so rude and she turns around and says do you see that screen i dont have time for this.Like there was 6 busses of kids outside lol. So then I asked to talk to the manager and asked why they have someone so rude atthe counter doing customer service and all she could say was sorry and turned around and walked away. So then they messed up ourorder and my wife asked if she coukd talk to someone else so she didn't have to deal with the rude lady at the register. And shegoes you can talk to me or just leave. This is absolutely most positively the worst customer service I have ever seen in abusiness!!!!!!! So please dont stop here keep going to another exit of you can. Maybe the day shift is better but at around 8.pmI dont recommend it. And it was very very dirty everywhere inside. Read more
I don't stop for fast food often, but this is a consideration when driving through Kansas. The food quality is high, probably... one of the best Burger Kings I've been at. Service is good. The outside looks trashy and the lot is in disrepair, but lookinginside the drive-through seem sanitary. And during the rise of COVID, they were very compliant. Read more
