I ordered through DoorDash an requested specific donuts of (6) donuts I received some random assortment that myself nor my... children eat! I tried to call and speak with someone but the mailbox is full! Went through the drive thru, and ended up having to clarify at the window my order. No one was friendly, or apologetic. And they... still got the drink wrong. Avoid this place you get nothing but what you pay for, and just the same old Cohoes attitude, poorcustomer service, and gaslighted by management. Read more
I ordered food at the drive-through menu and when I pulled up and a guy with dark hair went to hand me my food and his hands... were disgustingly dirty. Under his fingernails were black and his hands were nasty. If you're gonna be in the food servicebusiness and be handing people food through the Drive-through window you should definitely make sure your hands are spotless orwear gloves! Read more

As always great experience . Felicia and her co workers always doing the best they can. Fresh Boston Cream donut me and my... daughter had . And the place is clean and very friendly workers. Ordered an everything bagel toasted, really light on the butter this morning. I get to the window and pay. Cashier was super... nice! As I waited for my bagel the associate who was making it was saying to the cashier, "I make bagels the way I like and ifthey don't like it, they can make their own bagel". This is what my bagel looked like when I opened it. There is at least 1/2stick of butter on that. That is beyond rude. I tried calling a few times to talk with the manager but they didn't answer thephone. Read more
Coffee perfect, sandwhich perfect, just wish drive through was a bit better. Not a real super long wait but definitely 10... minutes in an awkward drive through that's hard to get in from road when lines long and if you don't plan it going in you blocklobby customers from leaving when they get in their cars in parking lot. Still though it was friendly service and the sandwhichand both our coffees done as asked. Read more
