Since the prices have gone up the quality and amount of ingredients have... gone downhill ? ie: cheeseburger sub has 1/2 the filling as say a year or so ago ? we still order but not as often ? 36 bucks for a dry as a popcorn fart chicken Caesar wrap. Ice cold. The bacon chicken wrap was so greasy and drowned (extra... emphasis on drowned) with ranch sauce. Returned that for a small grease I mean cheese pizza. The cheese is rubber. Iunderstand wait times but it was a calm, quiet early Monday afternoon. Waited. And waited. And waited. Sandwiches tend to be dry and chewy (mainly the grilled chicken), so opt for the choices that come with sauce and don't hesitate... to put extra. The food is *okay*, I guess, and some of the options are creative, but I still don't really care for it. Not myfirst choice but it's good for a quick lunch. Read more
Love/hate relationship with Victoria's. Love: food and pizza. It's honestly the best fast/casual food I've had. Hate: price and... customer experience. It's SOOOOO expensive to order pizza/salad. One large pizza and two salads is like $50-$60 when it's allsaid and done. I say customer experience and not customer service because in part, I think a lot of the issue has to do withtheir app. It's got SO many options that it doesn't often make it clear what to order (you can order spaghetti and meatballs andit wants you to spend 5 min picking out a pasta....I was spaghetti!). Specifically, we ordered steak salads last time. Normallywe get steak tips but I saw a cheaper option for steak and selected it. 5 min later we got an angry call explaining that's notthe option we wanted and steak tips would be $5 more/each salad. He wanted the credit card info again and I asked him if hecould let it slide since we order every week and he was very demanding that wasn't possible. Not a huge deal, but left a sourtaste in your mouth and we haven't been back in months now. Great for the waistline though! Read more
I got a salad with grilled chicken from this location last Thursday on my lunch break...After eatting it 30-45 minutes later... became deathly ill to the point I was keeled over with stomach pains and cramps and had to leave work...when I arrived home Iwas pale and really ill my bf insisted I go get checked out and scene...come to find out I had got food poisoning.
