Boneless wings and fries were soggy and drenched with too much sauce to make up for it. Must have made our food too far ahead... of time. No one out of a party of six thought it was good. Better to buy a bag of boneless wings from the freezer section andmake at home, would've been better. Won?t be returning, waste of money and time. Sad. Read more
Terrible service. Went to dine in. We checked after 20 minutes and they told us five more minutes. They pumped out endless Door... Dash and to go orders but had no real interest in serving the dine in order. We were the only ones dining in. 5 minutes passedand still nothing. I used to go about twice a week. Now never going again there management is a joke now, ordered two meals, They gave me two... drinks two French fries but one order of wings, then they said I only order one meal and wouldn?t give me a refund. I own abusiness and understanding mistakes happen but make it right if you screw up and don?t waste my time and my employees time whoI?m paying, as we wait there for the food And who I?m ordering for in the first place.. Customer service was absolutely horrible. There was one other person when we ordered and we wait 40 MINUTES for our food.... Finally went up and asked for my money back and got no apology and a ?well that?s wing stop for ya?. The hosts name was Justineand had absolutely no sympathy or care in the world. Read more
I used to love this restaurant but it has gone completely down hill. Terrible female manager that doesn?t care about you or... customer service whatsoever. She is absurdly rude and unapologetic even when the issue is completely their fault. Their use /Integration of door dash is horrendous. Read more
Seriously the best wing place in town. We love wingstop. The wings are always crispy and juicy, the fries are always amazing,... and the ranch is great. We come here at least once a week and it is a favorite for us. Read more
Should be 0 stars as I ordered a medium size meal at 430 and left at 515 never receiving food. When asked she said they were... busy. Will not be back. I have since had their wings that a friend brought and they are very good. Read more
