Customer service was not great. Very impersonal. Coffee was even worse. I've had decent espresso at the Post Falls location but... these baristas seemed to not have any proper training or they just didn't care about the process of pulling a good shot andpreparing a quality Americano. Read more

Wonderful atmosphere, and great service. I've come here on numerous occasions to meet with folks, or just to have a place while... I'm in town to sit down a journal. The lady taking my order today went out of her way to make sure I got my points even though Ididn't enter my number at the beginning of the transaction. Never had a bad experience here, just a lovely place with a decentmwnue selection and good coffee. Read more

We enjoyed our visit to Terre! First off, there are so many neat things for sale here - coffee beans, Bibles, stickers, mugs,... t-shirts - you name it! The coffee is also delicious. I got the Terre Spiced Mocha and it was delectable! I also enjoyed mypumpkin scone. The chocolate chip scone was a bit dry but has good flavor. The only downside here is that it takes quite awhileto get your coffee. This is understandable, however, since the baristas are also busy with drive-thru orders. Read more

I found Terre by accident and gave it a try. The food is very good (chicken burrito & scones) are amazing and love the nutello... drink cold with ice blended or hot. I hope they put a place in Sandpoint some day. Read more

Great service and coffee. Many coffee shops seem obnoxiously loud, and artificially cheerful to the point of being a caricature,... everyone at Terre (both locations) are very pleasant and seem to understand that the cheerfulness comes after the coffee! Also agreat place to sit down with people. Read more

Just what I was looking for. Cute comfortable coffee shop with fresh baked pastries and good coffee, where you can sit and... relax! So many coffee drive through a around here and very few sit down coffee shops. Glad to have found this gem! Hope theyopen one in Rathdrum someday :) Read more

Terre Coffee (any of their locations, but especially the one on Government) is by far my favorite coffee shop. Not only do they... have a nice variety of menu items, plenty of seating, and fun gift shop type items to browse, but their staff is well-trainedand the owners are great people. Their heart and high standard of excellence is what stands out. I stop by one of their coffeeshops at least once or twice a month, and I know I'm always going to have a good experience. In a world where so manyrestaurants are having a hard time maintaining quality staff members, I have not seen a drop in quality at Terre. I love itthere! Read more

I stopped in for a quick break from running errands and to cash in my free birthday cinnamon roll before it expired. The place... has a warm and inviting hotel lobby feel with earthy decor and color scheme. The cinnamon roll is a big size, soft, but aglazed frosting rather than cream cheese frosting so a little more on the sweeter side, but that's ok because it pairs nicelywith the coffee. I forgot the name of what I ordered but it was supposed to have the homemade dark chocolate, caramel, andvanilla. I thought it would be overly sweet but it was surprisingly not so much. All I tasted was the chocolate and not any ofthe others. So if you get anything with the chocolate, my guess is that will be the prominent flavor as a heads up. There wasplenty of seating even though it was busy when I arrived. I chose the comfortable chairs by the gas fireplace since it was justmyself. (I hate taking up a table for 4 or 6 when it's just me.) A suggestion would be to add a few more smaller areas forseating. Wifi is available as well. Read more
