We walked to this restaurant since it was close by our hotel. Having never been to Coeur d'Alene, we decided to pick something... in the area and the Google info led us to this place. We were blown away by both the food AND the service. We were lucky enoughto sit in the booth right across from the kitchen and enjoyed all the activity. The food was amazing. Way better than we hadexpected. Larry Brown was our server and his customer skills were over the top. We had great short conversations throughout theevening. We are avid wine drinkers and even got a chance to visit their unbelievable wine cellar. Thanks Larry! Kudos to you! Read more
The buttered bread with dill was absolutely delightful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the baked brie (good to split for 2 or 4... people). The bistro steak was flavorful and paired beautifully with cranberries and mushroom risotto. Additionally, the sea basswas perfectly cooked - moist, flavorful, and well seasoned. The goat cheese complemented it perfectly. The ambiance and touches(including the bathroom) were incredible. This is a new favorite for us! Read more
Well worth the price! I moved to Coeur d'Alene a few months ago from Western Washington where seafood was our specialty. I can... say that Satay easily blew every restaurant I've ever been to out of the water. Their service is impeccable, food delectable,and overall experience remarkable. 10/10 recommend. Read more

We went as three couples and only one couple had eaten here before. Everything about the experience made it easy for us to want... to go back again. The appetizers (which we all shared) were amazing, from the Brie, to the pork bellies and mushroom spoons andmore. Everyone enjoyed their entrees, and the lamb I had was perfectly cooked. Read more
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience! Our waiter Cody was super nice and attentive,... great atmosphere and the food was phenomenal! The bread they bring out to the table is literally the best bread I?ve ever had inmy life, no joke! Drinks are delicious, entrees delicious; we stuffed our faces and left very full and happy! This place is a diamond in the ruff. My husband and I had the best experience. The whole restaurant was beautifully decorated... and sets a great romantic spot. The staff was all extremely polite and very outgoing. I was personally not a fan of how closethe tables were to others. We had asked to be moved which they did even with how busy they were. The food combinations were notsomething I would normally pick but it was amazing together. Wish there portion sizes were a little bigger although we willdefinitely go back again. Read more
