The staff were eating behind the counter, rubbing their faces, pushing their hair back with their gloves hands which they then... used to handle the foods stuffs they were putting in our sandwiches. Gross! Please train your staff on proper food handlingprocedures. Read more

My wife & I came here for lunch. We own a small restaurant in Bonners Ferry. The young man who took our order was courteous &... professional at all times AND PATIENT! Riverstone location - Very, very inconsistent quality. Here once a week ish as I work nearby, and sometimes it's worth the $6,... and sometimes it's not worth $2, like today. Friendly staff, that's never a problem. Read more

Unforgivable service this afternoon. Sandwiches were good once I got them, but it took nearly an hour to receive. Workers were... ignoring the phones (which kept ringing) and were producing about one sandwich every 10 minutes until the manager showed up anddid everything for them. Frankly was shocked he didn?t ask them to go home because they were useless and he essentially made allthe sandwiches himself. Will not be coming back. Read more

Absolutely awful service. We are currently waiting after arriving over a half hour ago to order two subs. There were maybe five... or six people ahead of us who have been waiting for who knows how long. There are still at least three in store customers aheadof us. When we arrived one of the employees had not shown up, which we understand can inhibit service speed. That is completelyunderstandable, however, now there are three employees, orders are being mixed up and misplaced due to customers abandoningorders. The employees are moving like snails and look like they can?t even read orders or remember the order that the orderswere placed in. We will never eat here again. With 3 employees, it should not take 40+ minutes to get through orders. Thesandwiches should?ve been caught up much sooner. Read more

Excellent sub style sandwiches. The bread is a delicious sour dough with the usual sub options and meat choices.
