Ordered 2 pizzas, wings and a Stromboli. Husband picked up and they forgot the large pizza had to wait for it to be cooked so... the rest of the order was not even that hot when he finally got home. The supreme pizza was ordered without mushrooms due to anallergy and when he got it home was covered in mushrooms. Paying $60 was not worth it and will not be ordering again. Read more
There?s nothing more off putting when an establishment makes you feel like an inconvenience for calling to place an order. They... advertise as they deliver, but when I called an hour before closing they said they are not delivering because it was so close toclosing time. Ok I can totally understand that. But then when I went to order for a pickup order she had to go ask someone ifthey were still taking orders. I don?t understand that! An hour before closing? The whole interaction could have been moreprofessional. This pizza is honestly delicious pizza, but I still have yet to have a positive interaction both in person andover the phone with any of their employees so I felt it worth saying something. Hopefully more training will be considered whenhiring if management sees enough of this feedback. Read more
Very poor customer service! They sent us a welcome to the neighborhood coupon for a free pizza. Only had 2 weeks to use it and... was out of town most of that time. We thought we'd try them out and were going to order several pizzas, called 1 day after itexpired and they wouldn't accept the coupon for one of the pizzas so we ordered from somewhere else and wont be back. ordering online on my phone was a little tricky but eventually figured it out. we got 2 pizzas and requested one be cooked well... done. it definitely had good flavor and quality toppings?. and zero crisp. crisp that crust up and that is easily the best pizzain the area. Read more
This is a fantastic pizza place. We ordered breadsticks and a pizza. The breadsticks were some of the best have ever had. They... had so much flavor! The pizza was very good as well. Yes there pizza, wings and everything I have ordered is delicious. Unfortunately customer service is absolutely terrible. I have... had 3 bad experiences but the food was so good I went back. But this time I ordered online at 4:00, delivery was supposed to beat 5. Called at 5:15, they apologized and said the pizza is coming out of the oven now. Waited another hour (I live 2 milesaway) called back at 6:10 and was told the same thing!! I asked for a refund because I have lost hope that my order is evercoming, but because I paid online they can only credit my next order! I finally received my order nearly 3 hours later.Everything is delicious. But I don't think I will order again. ???? Read more
