I must say ..I NEVER write a complaint! But, I was so disgusted in the condition of the Store today.... So very very dirty!!!!... Floors, Walls and the over all quality . Toppings were missing and what was there was all over the display. So sad anddisappointing !! I used to go in pretty regular 4 years ago.. And it was so good and super clean and the staff was so kind andgenuinely happy to be there. Must be new management!!! The store needs to be closed for deep cleaning! Seriously!!!! Service waspoor.. Stopped for lunch in Couer D Alene. There were 3 people working but only one rushing around. She was friendly and running around... like crazy. Orders were taking forever because of this. They were also out of several things because they hadn?t restocked prepbar. The biggest concern was lack of cleanliness. Another girl, who appeared rude to coworkers and ignored customers, wiped herhair and face and wore no gloves. Then she was preparing a to go order and grabbed cheese off of the filthy prep bar counterbecause there was none in containers. This store was unexpectedly busy tonight because the Hayden qudoba was closed. Aubrey and her staff however had amazing... attitudes.
