Just stopped in for 2 apple pies and the drive through was backed up so I figured going inside would be faster. That's where I... went wrong. They had only 1 pie ready so would have to bake more which takes 10 minutes in the oven. No problem, I don't mindfresh pie. I didn't walk out to my car with the pies until 25 minutes after ordering. Bad service. All I asked for was some BBQ sauce with my food and you guys told me it was in the bag twice, just for it not to... be. Now I'm waiting here for it and it's been 10 minutes and as you know mcdonalds doesn't stay warm. So now my food is cold andI'm still waiting for sauce. But I can't go in because lobby is closed so figure it out. Let me edit my review. If I can give this McDonald?s a zero star, trust me I would. Last week I went in for 2 small size McFlurries and 1 cheeseburger... plain. The wait time was terrible. I waited 5 minutes for my McFlurries and then waited an extra 25 minutes until I received the1 cheeseburger plain that I ordered. While waiting, I saw that the cheeseburger that I have ordered was already prepared 15minutes before I received and the workers were just staring at me. When I did it get it, all the lady said was ?here?s yourburger?- with an attitude. I?ve been to this McDonald?s before and they have always gotten my orders wrong and have forgottenthings in my orders. Also, customer service is horrible. Went back months later still is terrible. They messed up are order and waited 30minutes for are food with only 2 cars in the... drive thru. We ordered 10pc nugget with large fries and 2 m chickens spicy. Couldn't even complete the order correctly we had towalk inside and go get are food from waiting so long. Came at noon. Ordered through the self-order machine - very lovely and straight forward. Took wait number and sat in kids play... area. Order delivered in less than five minutes. Ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese the second night in a row. Last night my friend got a quarter of a piece of... bacon and 1 pickle. Tonight she ordered it again and nicely told the gentleman at the front counter what had happened last nightand this was the result tonight (picture included). The gentleman at the counter was very polite and had them remake it but ican not believe the standards that the kids (teenagers putting the sandwiches together) are getting away with, especially forthe amount of money they're making.
