The chips and salsa were fresh! Had about a twenty minute wait on a Tuesday at around 730 pm. They do have off street parking.... We had the fajita burrito. The rice and beans are on the inside! Guacamole was fresh as well! Everything had really goodflavor and had a decent amount of heat to it. For those who do not like spicy, this will be ok for you! Out of state visitor. Service was fast and friendly, large portions, fresh ingredients and everything tasted delicious. The... patio out front can be noisy, but they have a bike rack for cyclists so you can park your bike and enjoy tacos without worries.Highly recommend and hope to visit again. Read more

The food was pretty good. We went in there with 8 people for dinner. We just sat down and the server sead because we had 8... people there was going to be added 18% to the check. AND I do tip very well when I have a good food and service. But when. Igot the check it was 20% on it instead. Nut really impressed with that at . I would have tip that much anyway. Found this little place during a pretty drive along side Coeur D'Alene Ave. No wait so we stopped in. Got seated right away with... drinks. Our waitress must have had other priorities aside from us. We ordered and waited. Watched three other tables get theirfood before us knowing we came in and ordered before them. Our group only had 3 people in it. Why did I mark it 2 stars? Theirtap water tasted like it came out of a green garden hose. No joking. It was gross. We ordered pop instead. Never offered refillsor another beer. Drinks sat empty the rest of our time. She delivered our food and we never saw her again until it was time topay. The flavor was ok but not amazing. I ordered a chicken burrito that had maybe a table spoon full of chicken but plenty ofrice and beans for $15. We also got fajitas and tacos. The meat inside the tacos was laughable. Look at the pictures. Rice washard and crunchy. Best part was the only beer I was able to order. Service was sub-parr, food was sub-parr, environment was notgreat. Lots of smoke from fajitas. A/C didn't work during summer. Parking was very tight. Floors, walls, door knobs were verydirty. Bathrooms was dirty especially right around the door handle. Looked like no has wiped the door down in years. Prices werehigh for what I got. Put a full cup of chicken in my Burrito and I would have been ok paying $15. The food was good and the staff was GREAT! Inside seating is a little disorganized but with a small group (4 max) they try to... keep everything spread out to maintain privacy. The seating outside is AMAZING, worth the visit alone. I had the macheteburrito. The flavor was good and the shredded beef was moist but not "wet". It could have used a little more sauce on theoutside and the sour cream was scarce but was still good. My guest had the chimi, it was forgettable unfortunately. Therewasn't anything in the flavor that made me remember anything about it other than the nice crisp tortilla. The one bad thing,both my burrito and my guests plate had MUSHY rice. This place is great! It is my favorite sit-down Mexican restaurant in Coeur D'Alene or Hayden. The service is timely and... friendly. It is clean for the most part, the bathrooms could be better. The menu and food quality are its two best qualities,there are a lot of items to choose from. Some of the items are very unique and hard to find at other places. I would stronglyrecommend trying this place out if you haven't. It would a good place to take a date or small group/family since it is a smallerplace without large booths and such. Read more
