Worst customer service, they ran out of bread. They called me and said there making new bread. with no ETA on time! I call 45... mins later. They said bread just got done I asked how long? the KID said I don't know man, as soon as we get it done. should besoon, we have alot of orders. That doesn't even make sense. Staff was friendly, although the young man taking our order seemed a little dazed and out of it. We tried the beefy black and... blue sandwich which we didn't care for at all, and the second sandwich was the #2 roast beef, that's my standby that I usuallyget. That one was okay until I got to the end and found a long black hair mixed in with the lettuce, the hair was found when Itook a bite and the hair was in my mouth, it didn't come from either of us. I then spit the sandwich out and lost my appetite.We will definitely reconsider going there again, and this was one of our standbys for dinner. We were incredibly disappointedand felt that, that was a huge waste of money. I have tried to fill out the form multiple times, but it has a website errorsevery time.
