Normally they have excellent food and service. We dine there whenever we come to CDA for medical appointments. Today however,... when going up to the grill with marked allergy bowls the cook wanted to combine my allergy cooking with another allergy cooking.I have celiac along with several other allergies and the guys sauce contained gluten. The cook asked another cook if the saucecontained gluten, speaking up for myself I said yes it does. It took me saying 3 times before the cook acknowledged he heard meby saying, " okay, don't have a cow." I was very shocked and reported this to I was told was a manger, but was also waitingother tables. I don't pay these kind of prices to be treated this way and will think twice before going back. Cooks were great food was good. But waitress Anya was not very welcoming, never came to ask us if we need anything we had to... call for her. She dropped our bill on the table not saying a word and walked off. Usually waitresses make sure we didn?t needanything else, no rush, or a thank you. So when you get a bad tip or no tip. We had amazing customer service, and the food was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and everything went perfectly well with... our visit! I have always loved most Mongolian and that you can order spring rolls and crab rangoons, just makes it so muchbetter! Read more

Place is such a Disgusting, unprofessional, nasty joke, and should be shut down! Dirty floors, cross contaminated food, sloppy... dressed "manager", and they don't believe in changing out the pans of food. Asked them to please fill up the oysters, then hewas going to dump fresh oysters into the contaminated container that has some kind of meat in it. When I told him that the wholething needed to be changed out due to the cross contaminated food, he copped an attitude. Went to the Manger who was disgustingto look at and extremely young. When I brought the matter to his attention, he simply said, "Well we don't usually change thecontainers." What the hell???!?!?! Keeping eating here and you will eventually get sick. We usually love HuHot. The food was great and the workers were too. Sam (our waitress) came late but apologized profusely and... worked hard to make our experience a good one. The guys behind the grill were good too. The reason for the 3 stars is becausethe community food prep area was filthy. Food from bins was slopped all over and the sauce areas had mess all the way to thelabels. A little cleaning is not that hard, but it looked like they had not been cleaned properly in days. Read more
I did not have high hopes for a buffet but omg my family and I loved this place! We went on a Sunday Oct 16th, '22. Our server... was so nice, very helpful as I had no clue what I was doing. The food was just awesome! Even my side salad came out well puttogether instead of a slop of lettuce, tasted awesome and our dessert was even better, everyone needs to try the fried cookiedough bites with whip cream! The presentation of the dessert plates were so nice too, I dont know, I can say so much about thisplace and we will be regulars...This is by far the best place we have eaten at in years and I never leave reviews that is howgreat it was!
