Ahhhhhh Dockside at CDA resort. Does anybody actually eat here or do they just come for the Gooey's? I've never actually had a... meal here. Heck I've never even seen the food menu. WHAT?! So tell me. Is the food any good because I don't know. What I do knowhowever is the Gooey's, while a bit pricey, are great! If you're a sweet tooth desert lover then get a regular size and don'tlook back. If you have a hard time with more than a scoop of ice cream then the smaller version is for you. Be forewarned thesetreats are sweet sweet sweet! The view isn't half bad either. Ok that's a lie. The view is fantastic especially around sunset.Twilight is neat too. Read more
The experience was a very pleasant one. I included pictures of a trip to the salad bar which was fresh, clean and well stocked... with choices from your usual greens to a wonderful curry salad and all the extras to top your salads even 1/2 hard boiled eggs. Moving to dinner I had their Baked Seaside Chicken......OMG ! not only it it look mouth watering it was. It has shrimp (they arelarge whole shrimp ones), crab, chicken mixed into a sauce with Cougar Gold Cheese in it and topped with a swirl of mashedpotatoes to enjoy with the sauce. I have to say I've gone here now three times in the last 2 months and I just love this place. The staff is always so nice. The... food is great and the prices for the Coeur d'Alene resort aren't bad. If you want a relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner Irecommend this Restaurant. They do offer reservations which I would recommend because they get pretty busy. I've gone here forboth personal dining and a work meeting. Read more

Hands down some of the best food and service we have ever had. we ordered our food got our salad bar and just as we were... finishing our salads the main course arrived. Everyone was very friendly and had smiles on and the view was beautiful. Portionssizes were enough for leftovers definitely a great price for food service and atmosphere. My Parents have lived in CDA for 30 years. I try to take them out to Dockside every time I’m in town. In a nutshell, it never... disappoints. The view of the lake is spectacular. During Christmas, it’s always decorated to the 9’s! On this review, I’mfocusing on the salad bar and Halibut Tacos. ????????????. My tacos were incredible. I loved the aïoli taco sauce. The grilledjalapeño was an added treat, for I love adding spice to all my dishes. The salad bar is complete. They have a wonderful chickencurry salad. The service is a always good, much like any resort like the J.W. Marriott in Palm Desert. The resort and DocksideRestaurant is a GEM for the Idaho panhandle area. Outside, during the winter Christmas time, they have outside seating forcocktails in enclosed, plastic geo-domes. How fun!!! Read more
