Covid took a number on allot of fast food industry, I get that. But the lack of care for their customers is astounding. They... don?t own up to their mistake and even say ?here is the food? and no refund after making us wait 35 min! And when we left in ahurry because our lunch was eaten up by the wait, the whole entire order wasn?t correct. Attempted calling them numerous times,they picked up on the 11th try and to be told no still. Avoid and run away from this place, take your business elsewhere. Theyhave no value for their customers. If they ask you to pull around and wait for your food, save yourself a bad day and just say NO. Paid $17 for breakfast, waited... my entire breakfast break, never got the food. Went in, asked for a refund, was told ?no?. And they gave me the food. Got backto work and the order was not even ours. Called them 11 times before I finally got them, and they had found our order. Had to goback to work upset, hungry, and $17 poorer. Not to mention the gas it took to wait 35 minutes. I was absolutely defeated by thisplace. No food,no refund.. just a bad day. I understand working during Covid has been hard, and mistakes happen, but a mistakethis big.. just give the person a refund and move on. Just skip this place and give any other fast food in town a try. Read more
Most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been in .... More employees in uniform sitting at tables than customers .... all other... tables were dirty. Employees acting like they are in middle school name calling and cussing at each other . Even after themanager made the employee ?clean on tables and sweep? since I said something, there?s still trash on multiple tables (cups andburger wrappers.... kinda hard stuff to miss) Luckily I only eat at McDonald?s once in a blue moon , but never at this oneagain, Have fun at work, but don?t act like middle school children Read more
Cody is awesome. McDonald's is normally great but my experience here was terrible. Took about 10 minutes to get my food and then... kept waiting for my iced coffee but after 30 minutes just got a refund because I was on a time crunch. 2 other people waitedlonger than me even. Not sure if they were understaffed or just had unexperienced staff but it was terrible. Also took like 5minutes for the manager to come from the office to the front to get me my refund once I had requested it. Read more
we came through the drive thru for some breakfast/lunch in the morning. we even confirmed our order with the lady working the... register to make sure everything was correct before we even paid. we ended up waiting in the drive thru for around 30 minutesand when they finally came out with our order, it was wrong. turns out they didn?t even have some of our stuff on our ticketthat we ordered and confirmed with the first window. they forgot large parts of our order even after it being such a long waittime. we tried to go inside to the counter and get our food that we didn?t get and there was nobody there to help us thereeither. we ended up just leaving. i understand staffing issues, i?ve worked in fast food but i?ve never let anything like thishappen and i?m a teenager. i don?t like to complain about things like this but this was an experience like none other. won?t beback. Arrived just a few minutes past 11. Food came immediately, but fries were cold, burger lukewarm. They were only serving lunch... for 3 minutes, prepped too far in advance. We were craving McDonald's, working in Yellowstone, fast food is a real treat.Disappointing. ???? Read more
We don't expect much from fast food stops, but this still stood out as a disappointment. Despite being the only customers... inside, none of the tables were clean and the trash cans were overflowing. After ordering on the touchscreen and sitting down(at a table we had to clean ourselves) we could clearly hear the employees loudly complain about having to make our order(including snide comments about the 40 chicken nuggets ordered by our party of 6, and the two smoothies). The employeescontinued to audibly shout about the orders of others as we ate, and several were clearly standing around behind the counterdoing little. No one came out to clean tables the entire time we were there, and as we left we had to try and stuff our garbageinto the overflowing bins. We won't be back. Read more
We stopped in when breakfast was still being served but as a weary traveler I was really hungry for McDonald?s french fries. The... staff was more than happy to make me a large order of fries. This was so appreciated. Read more
