Order an hour ago, called to see my orders status. Turns out they didn?t even make it. Hangs up on me when I wasn?t done... talking. Worst customer service. Food better taste amazing for this type of wait. Read more
This is NOT about the store. It is so aggravating that these stores do not take the phone call and you have to talk to... incompetent people that can almost speak English. Nothing like a 20 min phone call for four (4) simple pizzas Read more
Try calling and you're connected with a call center in another country who doesn't understand you and will mock you for your... accent and give you attitude the rest of the call. You have to tell them you're in Cody because they have no clue and it takes 5minutes to help them figure out your address. Save yourself the time and just go directly to the store if you want dominos..food itself is right on par with any other store and service is decent. Oh and if you think you can get around the call centerthrough the app, think again, they leave the delivery option off so you have to call. Read more

I ordered some pizza tonight for the family the total was $26.80 I handed the driver $40 and he said oh thank you and I looked... at him as he handed me my pizza and tried to walk away I asked for my change and he said he didn't have any then he told me hehad $3 in his wallet and he would go grab it so I took the $3 and immediately called the store as he still owed me $10 and thestore said we'll have him bring the change upon arriving back with change he asked me how much I wanted back I said $10 he gaveme the $10 and then looked at me and said and you have my $3 aggressively I gave him the $3 and he left I had planned on givinghim the tip but after that I really didn't even want to give him the $3 that he owed me back to him from the beginning I felt asif he was scamming me by saying he didn't have change mind you this is the second time a driver from the store has not hadadequate change for my order make sure if you order pizza from them to put a note in there for them to bring change or you willget scammed Read more
