I ordered a hot CHOCOLATE and they gave me a cup of hot spoiled milk with cream on top. I was so upset and disappointed that I... won't ever go back there. It was such a simple order. I don't think they "messed it up". It was done in purpose as they didn'teven put the chocolate to at least say the milk has gone bad and it was just a mistake. Read more

This is one of the filthiest outdoor Starbucks I have visited. Every single chair and tabletop had birdSh&t on it. Looks like... outdoor furniture hasn?t been cleaned off in a week. Recommend the Starbucks in Cocowalk if you want clean seating. The standardof cleanliness should be the same everywhere - regardless of store location.
