it has been several months since this place opened and the soda at this place still tastes disgusting every time i go. it's like... they never replenish the syrup and give you slightly flavored seltzer water. i thought it was a one time thing but it hashappened every single time i get food/drink from here. y'all are really that cheap and petty that you're not going to serve realsoda? pathetic and disappointing. they often forget items in my orders as well but the soda thing is unforgivable. Wendy?s is typically a pleasant experience for me, but not at this location. 3 times I have tried this location and 3 times I... was very disappointed. I will not be going back here and recommend that no one eats here!!! I witnessed an employee (a youngman) grabbing the chicken nuggets bare handed and tossing them into the customers container from the bin then touching thecounter tops and other bins and items?. Needless say I walked out. It?s a shame that this is such a mismanaged location. I have always been a Wendy?s fan veer since I was a kid. I?ve moved from craving their burgers to craving their spicy chicken... sandwiches. This location completely ruined it for me. DON?T RISK YOUR HEALTH ON THIS LOCATION. They served me a RAW chickensandwich in the drive-thru. UGH!!! I was eating and driving and ate half of it before realizing. I was not only grossed out(heaving and gagging) but also worried about getting very sick. I went back and spoke to management. They took my info and saidsomeone would call me. No one did. 1st day open so it was a little confusing Especially since there is no counter to order at.. There are 3 computers to place your... order. Picking up your food and getting your drink... That whole process could definitely use some work. The employees were justas confused as we all were trying to get our food and drinks. Food was hot and fresh though so gotta love that.
