Terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN. Customer for years but this time service was horrible, very unprofessional, kitchen personnel... fighting etc. Waited for 20 minutes for chicken wings and the sub never arrived. Ordered take out chicken Caesar salad and penne pasta with chicken and broccoli. Salad was good but chicken dish was terrible.... Chicken looked like it was chopped dark meat. Sauce very watery. Tasted like it came from a frozen food prepared meal. Not surewhy you would put grilled chicken breast on a salad and not use same quality in the pasta dish. I took it back and was kindlyrefunded. Do not recommend this place at all. 0/10 for the cleanliness of the food you are being served and the customer service. As a... long time customer of all the Pasquale?s locations in the area, this is by far the WORST one. We ordered food an hour beforeclosing. Picked up our food and once we got home there was not one but 2 pieces of hair in our food. When we called to complainthey told us no one can help us and they close in 5 minutes that someone can fix this issue for us first thing the nextmorning. Next day, they never call. I called them to speak to someone. The manager gets on the phone and basically tells me hecan?t help me because it?s Halloween so there?s no staff (please tell me what does that have to do with their being hair in myfood?) and only the owner can fix this issue. Literally is that hard to just fix an issue THAT WAS WITH YOUR RESTAURANT. Oroffer some sense of responsibility and compensation as a restaurant? No one seems to know how to problem solve there. I don?tmind waiting to speak to the owner but wow this experience has been more than just having to wait for an owner to call me. You go up to the counter and place your order Because there are no servers. Napkins and silverware are also on the counter so... no one will bring them to you. If when your meal is ready, you will also need to walk up to the counter to get it. And did Imention that before you receive your food, you must pay and you are asked if you would want to give a 15%, 18 %, 20% ormore. I went into Pasquales?s on wiles and 441 tonight for dinner. I haven?t been to this location in a while because there were a few... staff changes a year or so ago and I wasn?t seeing any familiar faces. Well, to my surprise I saw two of my all time favoritecounter girls! Not only was my food delicious, but the service was superb!!!!! Great job George and team. I will be back soon! Read more
