This Dunkin always has terrible service! I?ve tried calling so many different times over the past few months to place large pick... up orders. They never answer the phone. I end up having to drive and place the order in person the day before I need it. Today,I get here to pick up my order right on time and they don?t even have it ready. Usually I order boxes of coffee, and now I?mhaving to wait for coffee to be brewed. This has to be the best run Dunkin that I have ever been to. The manager and employees were on top of it. I just left during... peak rush hour and was there for less than 10min. I had a fairly large order as well. I really liked the way that the managerspoke to the employees, in a respectful manner with great tone. Many times managers of fast food restaurants tend to loose theircool so to say and don?t treat their employees very well. That did not seem to be the case here. The employees were all workingtogether effectively and cooperatively. Not to mention that it was very clean and they followed the correct food prepguidelines. Great job to this Dunkin team! Read more
