But when an item is popular especially a seasonal item like the pumpkin spice donuts, it doesn't makesense to me why you'd be totally out of ANY of the donuts before noon! Do people not eat donuts in the afternoon or evening?Maybe keeping tract of what actually sells at any given chain and adjusting your inventory accordingly would not only be goodfor profits but also customer satisfaction.
