I don't know really where to start. There have been many sub-par experiences from this location. I have also called the... management a couple of times to no avail. No need to worry at this point I won't visit your location ever again. When a customerwants a shake a little thicker please either put less milk or add more ice cream. Adding ice makes it taste watery then when acustomer calls and leaves a message maybe call them back. Read more

So since when did closing at 10:00 mean closing at 9:40? The next day we came back. Took 25 minutes to get one cone/ one shake... WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE! employees are super friendly. place was clean. ice cream was cold and not soft like often times I come across at other... locations. The only issue was they had no toppings like fudge or strawberry. the peanuts didn't taste too fresh also. Read more
Ice cream cake was great! But the girl helping me behind the counter refused to write Happy Birthday on the cake. And was very... rude! I've gotten cakes from Basken and Robbins before. Next time I'll drive further to the nicer store. Read more
Just placed an order on DoorDash from this place. They didn?t have any ice creams to make my order and the person that was there... was extremely rude to my DoorDash driver. Don?t waste your time. There?s many other places with delicious ice cream and goodcustomer service. Read more
