Good Morning! 7:40am November 13th We were only ones in the restaurant at the moment for dine in. I have not eaten inside a... McDonald's in many years but I'm glad we did this time... such amazing morning greeting, wether food or past reviews were greator not, I'm not interested as today the staff at this restaurant this day and time were above and beyond and made our firstmorning here in Cocoa Beach very nice and welcoming Thank you for such a great start to our day ???? There was not one person working a Register only the self check out machine .. the food was sub par .. the breakfast sandwich... was undercooked and the hash browns over fried.. there was also an abundance of people sleeping in the restaurant stretched outin booths and their baggage spread out ... The smell was not good In The dining area... We would. Ot come back ???? Read more
We had a wonderful experience stopping in at this particular McDonald?s. The service was quick, food was hot, and more... importantly, the people were friendly! The manager Juan was excellent in checking in with us at the end of our experience andthat is not something you see often at a fast food restaurant! Great job, Juan! Read more
Drive thru experience was amazing. Sometimes it?s the little things. I had asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and the lovely... young lady explained that they no longer have them. She was so friendly. Sorry if I seem surprised that someone at McDonald?swas friendly. The food was given in a timely manner and we were on our way. Great experience. Very dirty and unhealthy and when I said it to manager she didn?t even care about what was saying
Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald?s I?ve been in all year. They had no napkins available and ran out of lids for our cups.... Don?t even get me started on the double cheese dry burgers. We couldn?t even sit down to eat every table was dirty. Read more
McDonald?s is usually very consistent, but this location was disappointing this evening. We were the only customers there, yet... we still were greeted as though they couldn?t handle the burden. The poor attitude unfortunately showed in the product as well.The lack of hot fudge gave my kids a good laugh, at least. FYI, this location does not offer the peanuts either. Every single time I order a Carmel frappe they give me anything but what I ordered either chocolate or a iced coffee and when... I did correct them she argued with me saying it is Carmel when it was black chocolate then insulted me I went a 2nd time askedfor the same thing got a iced coffee by the same lady and told me to smile after charging me for the wrong drink and notcorrecting it I hate cocoa beach this and taco bell in cocoa beach are the worst in the entire country period also not theworkers fault but I think they need their water tested my coffee always tastes like actual real vomit its horrible.
