Everything was wrong! We oredered food and drinks, and the waitresse was asking what were our choice but we didnt have the chose... tl have the bread as a bagel plain only! Once we payed they told us that everything was broken (ovens and no reicits possible)and for no reason she didnt want to refond us and send only replacment with onky donuts and nothing like what we ordered! Just went to the Dunkin' donuts on North Atlantic in Cocoa Beach. Should have brought a chair with me. Waited in line for almost... 15 minutes and was still not helped. Ordered a few coffees and donuts in the drive through. Server looked annoyed that she actually had to do something. Most of the... order was fine but just couldn?t believe the Boston Cremes. Both of them had no choc left on top - it had melted on to the bag.It was a hot day, I guess. But - they were stale and incredibly had no filling. Asked for a small decaf caramel iced coffee with 2 creams and no sugar. Just before handing it to me realized she didn't make it... decaf. When I got the decaf coffee made it was pure creamer. The coffee was practically white! She was distracted talking to aco worker while getting my coffee prepared. Dissatisfied with my coffee to say the least. Read more

beware when ordering from the app, they are likely to not have what you ordered and not have a substitute, as this has happened... multiple times. that?s is they even allow mobile ordering, as they have turned this off during ?peak times?. I have given thisdunkin several chances (10+) hoping each time will be better, yet let down time and time again. the staff are clearly overworkedand being in a tourist town, the chaos and confusion inside the store is very real. inconsistent coffee and food. save yourselfthe headache and drive to another Dunkin.
