Noah - A Complete unprofessional ignorant & hopefully never again an employee of the pier restaurant!! Today was disgusting!... This guy Was high and yelling in the restaurant. Degrading and impolitely speaking to me and my family . We were greeted nicelyto the smell of rotten fish and a dirty room . I asked the hostess if I could look at the dining area to reserve for my 50thbirthday to be attacked and called security to escort us out for asking him why he was behaving that way to us and other staffmembers. We missed our timeshare open house and tickets to the space center because of this douche bag. You're not just paying for the view here. The drinks are well made and very good. And the staff is properly trained...mostly.... I've been coming here since before the corporate buyout, and a lot of the character is gone, but it's a nice change to not haveto deal with the low class service industry at most other bars. Very few food items are worth it, so you can skip those. They'remostly from frozen and prepped for the tourists on their way to or from cruises. Food was fine, view was excellent, watching the birds was fun. Only massive downside is how expensive it is for what you get.... Would highly recommend chowder fries if you do go though. Read more

Very mixed feelings about this place. Easy to get a table and right off the beach so that?s a plus. Great views while you eat is... also a plus. It was just me and my wife but I would not our children if we came with them. The server was friendly butdefinitely pushing alcohol drinks and wasn?t overly happy when we wanted food. No complaints on him just felt like theenvironment was a quick turn around on tables and mostly a drinking crowd. The food was good too meh at best. Crabs were overcooked and for the love of god don?t get the aloha chicken unless you like burnt to a crisp chicken tasting like a fartsandwich. Whatever macaroni it?s topped with is absolutely divine though. Calamari was on point and drinks were tasty. Notpricy but not cheap because it?s not McDonald?s. Sitting outside is nice but the food is overpriced, and not very good. Had Shrimp and Crab dip with imitation crab, and boneless... wings (really just chicken chunks) dripping in garlic parmesan sauce. Not wings the way you are used to. Read more
