Food is always great and fantastic, I love eating subway but unfortunately, it never fails that the service SUCKS! Terrible... attitude -- I say "Hello, how you doin?" and they look at me like I'm a zombie-- so disturbing!! and its not only this subway --its most subways -- I have already been to this one several times and same nasty attitude -- I really wish subway would hirepeople who want to work!!! smh! I ordered 2 foot long subs on there app and once I received the notification that my meals were all ready. I left and went to... pick up as I am on a very short time limit as I get to store and go grab my subs off the rack, there are none they had not evenstarted my 2subs. As I open them up they are very poorly made cheese is stuck to the white wrap paper so I had no cheese on mymeatball sub an I paid for extra cheese. I?ve gone here many times and the last two times I?ve gone I?ve been very disappointedin the timing and quality of food. Do not rush and say something is done when you have not begun the job at all. I will be goingto a different Subway from here on out!! Lost business as we usually eat there twice weekly!!! Read more

I ordered online, I came to pick it up and the order was not ready and they couldn't find my slip. After waiting 10 minutes, I... got my order. By the time I get home and sit down and eat the order was entirely wrong and they are closed. I want a refund butthere is no way to get one. I'm saving this and bringing it in tomorrow morning for a refund and an explanation. Read more

Service was great! The bread did not seem fresh and was hard to chew. The crew changed while we were there. One worker came in... with open toed shoes. I didn?t think that was allowed in a good establishment? It is Florida so maybe it?s different? Read more

Missy helped me today! At the port Saint John location! I have not been to a subway in 5 years and wow. Exemplary service! First... off the speed of which she assembled my sandwich was incredible. Secondly her friendly service when helping my father in lawchoose his sandwich was also incredible. He's old never knows what he wants! Good job Missy!! Read more
