Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and that's saying alot cause there are definitely some trash McDonald's restaurants but this... one tops them all! Went to drive-thru and the chick on the headset was completely rude and disrespectful! She was trying tomulti-task but obviously was not good at doing it so she gets an attitude with me. Not to mention the ridiculously slow service!How many bad reviews is this place going to get before they actually DO something about it??! I will never go to this locationagain. To be honest, I've never been inside this store, so I can only assess the drive-thru. This is a typical drive thru experience -... I quit calling these places fast food awhile back. They have a double drive-thru. The interaction with the staff is hit or miss.I often can't hear or understand them but covid masks probably are at fault there. If you pay close attention to the screen youcan usually end up receiving a correct order. Now to food prep...this too is typical fare but sandwich construction is oftensloppy and temps are inconsistent. Overall you can get a quick meal or snack but don't expect exceptional customer service inthe process. Read more
The Manager mike is very rude. On top of him sweating all over my food. He got bandannas on around his head and using profanity... like he running a business out of his kitchen. He poured so much salt on my kids food because I had him remake it and theydidn?t put toys in my kids Happy Meals. I traveled there twice! I asked him for a refund he denied me. I need corporate to fixthis problem ASAP. And find nicer management typically someone who has a passion for serving. Read more
I go to this McDonald's every Friday morning to get breakfast for myself and my coworkers even though I live in Port St John. ... They are always super friendly at the drive through and their Frappe machine actually works! Port St. John's frappe machine hasbeen down for over a year and their customer service is not the best. I'll go out of my way to go to the Cocoa McDonalds onDixon. They are awesome! Read more
Horrible!!! My second time here and it?s not worthy! They pay them better salary now when the service went down so badly! And... the food quality is low. Staff is rude, literally saw a girl on her phone as she was giving me my drink: she forgot the strawand I had to ask for it three times. She kept being on her phone. Then she gave me an attitude. Worst mcdonald's ever. Rude staff that lacks basic communication skills. I'm so busy working I only have time to eat once a day... and I threw this meal away because it was completely inedible. The fries were cold and hard and the mcdoubles looked and tastedlike they sat under a heat lamp for hours, and the frappes were unavailable. Thank you for the disappointment. My car wouldn't start when went to leave employee refused to allow me to use an outlet to charge my car battery even after hours... of noone stopping to help and jump me. Meanwhile this is 12 midnight 12:30 Am. Then Finally after I ask employee again ifcan please use outlet instead of saying to me again for 100 times to look harder around the building when he knew damn well Iwalked around building and every pole and light of McDonalds and all surrounding closed stores to where would have to push carto anywhere else to get outlet. To my surprise employee allows us to use outlet and then 15 minutes later car starts up afterable to get it charged and we can finally leave 245 am or 3 am. I'm sorry but I am sure he could have helped me a lot earlierknowing what I was doing and knowing noone was stopping on main road with me holding jumping cables and he heard me on phonewith AAA and heard them say who knows when someone can be out to me but they will call when on way be awhile though. I amthankful that employee finally did help though you have no idea how relieved I was. Especially being a woman alone and noonehelping I was feeling not safe and all kinds of not good feelings and a bit scared. Nothing I tried was getting anyone tohelp. Even sheriff's cars drove by me. Not good to ever feel way I did that night. I'm still shaken about it all. I doapologize I know stores have strict rules and regulations but all I wanted was him to plug in a plug for me not to have employeecome outside and help jump me or me go inside at all I feel I was not asking for anything to where anyone would be in anydanger.
