Today is Veterans Day so I came in for the Veterans special, immediately I was made to wait without so much as an excuse and it... was very obvious that there was seating available!! After 15min of waiting I was seated, it took another half hour for my food,only for it to be lukewarm upon arrival!!!smdh this will be my last time ever eating here, food and customer service sucks!!! Food took so long to come out that I almost forgot that we actually ordered. The scramble eggs was still runny after saying cook... well done because I'm pregnant. Just not a good Ihop for us. Read more
Over night cook is doing amazing, food comes out hot fast and delicious. Mel was our server and she was fantastic being the only... one with a dining room full of hungry folks. Keep up the improvements night shifters. Read more

After being told 10-15 minute wait to be seated. A hour later we left. Watching others come in and get seated right away and... hearing their bs excuses on why. Plus we were watching as the plates coming from the kitchen were piling up. I wasn't in themood for bad food once I saw some plates sit there for over 20 minutes. Their management needs to get that place in order. Evenwith short staffing there should be someone running the kitchen, another running the floor and one more up front. Our waitress sucked but the food was great! When she delivered our food, she put everything down and never asked if we needed... anything else. When we tried to ask her for something, she said she had another table to take care of. Well, how about takingcare of us first? They just got there. She was horrible. Read more
