What can I say as it?s IHop however, THIS IHOP is IMMACULATE!!! The owners are a sweet couple who has their business on lock.... This is by far the BEST and ONLY location that I will go to and from my home it?s a good 20 minute drive. The food is always onpoint, the dine in service is amazing and they don?t slack on carry out services either. I?ve tried several locations but nonecompare to this one. I?ll forever travel to Cockeysville when I?m in the mood for IHOP. Read more

Food and service was great. The owner refused to accept a $5 bonus gift card that was received when I purchased a $25 gift. He... kept saying it was no good. I complained to corporate and they didn?t do anything. I?ve since gone to another location and theyaccepted for payment the $5 bonus gift card that the Cockeysville location refused. We got the wonderful pleasure of meeting the owner/manager, Paul Kim. As soon as we arrived a hostess turned to us and said very... abruptly, ?can you GIVE us a second?? We literally entered the store maybe 5 seconds before she said that to us. The place iseither pretty understaffed, or they all are just overwhelmed. Watching the way the owner belittled his staff was absolutelydevastating and I hope anyone working at this location finds a better job after seeing the way he treated them. Lost my appetiteseeing this man trip over a coffee refill. It?s one thing to tell your employee the mistake they made, but there is no reasonyou need to come up to my table with an aggressive nature to tell ME, ?HEY, that?s NOT free. Your waitress doesn?t know whatshe?s doing.? I would?ve been more than happy to pay for my refill if you?re really going to stress over a $4 drink. I also madesure to ask HIM for the refill to try and humble him. Our server was incredible and did an amazing job serving us and the verybusy tables around us and was super consistent keeping us with our needs. I sincerely hope she finds a better boss to work for.Make sure you pay your orders with cash so this jerk can?t collect a dime on his hardworking employees electronic payments.
