How can a Chick-fil-A be terrible. My experience tonight was just that. They had me waiting in the drive-through line for 17... minutes. Telling me that I ordered some thing that had to be made fresh. When they handed me the bag and I drove off the frieswere freezing cold. I?ve never had an experience like this at any Chick-fil-A. They had me pull up ahead of all the cars, andthere were 10 cars that were after me that left with their food before mine. I was on my way back to my hometown from a dc bus trip. 20 of us walk into an already busy lobby full of customers and a boy... scout troop. Staff was SUPER friendly and SUPER efficient. We were all in and out quickly, good food in hand. Definitelyrecommend! Read more

It took awhile to have my order placed even though two registers were open-they were only taking orders at one of them. The... cashier was about to charge me almost double for my order until I told her it was incorrect and it was fixed. She took my cash(it was a smaller bill) and examined it very intently by looking at it under the light for quite an extended period and gave itthe third degree which made me feel embarrassed. I asked for another packet of sauce, and I was questioned about whether Ialready had two of them and if I took another then I would be charged.
