This is absolutely the WORST Arby's I've ever been to. 1st @3:00pm they were out of the Wagu Steak burger. No napkins no... condiments out. The staff was just rude. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! Read more
José at the Cockeysville, MD provided substandard service. I ordered a medium cheddar ranch chicken sandwich meal with a... fruit punch drink. 1. The sandwich was not what I ordered. I was served a pecan chicken sandwich that I did not enjoy. 2. Josédid not give me a choice of Fries. 3. My drink was watered-down and mostly ice. I am tired of having paying for bad service. This was pretty bad indeed. Even on his first day, José should have provided better service. I ordered the 2 for $6 crispy fish sandwich. They told me that they don't have that deal anymore but it's up on the billboard.... They gave me the deal but the food was terrible. The fish wasn't done and the bread was hard. So if you want something good toeat don't go to this Arby's Read more
Every time I hear the commercial come on I want to put on my shoes and run out the door. "We have the meats"! When I hear it I... just think about all of the wonderfully delicious sandwiches that Arby's has on their menu. If you haven't been there to try thehoney peppered bacon or any number of amazing meat filled delectable sandwiches.... you have got to go! First off , they don't have regular mayonnaise. Most people there don't speak good English to where you can understand what they... are saying. I drive with door dash and try to avoid going there if I can get away with it. They are also short staffed most ofthe time and don't have the attitude of getting an order out in a timely manner.
