Stopped there Tuesday Oct 25 around 8 am. Mile long line up. Ordered coffee and breakfast sandwich. Was so fast couldn?t believe... it. Travel all over Ontario and the staff this morning were the best!! Thank you to the staff who showed up today. You did agreat job for the customers. Read more
Good coffee, but slow and disorganized service. The mens bathroom sink was so dirty and thehand dryer was broken.
I would give half star if I can. We ordered from this place and it?s sooo funny that when we got asked what drinks we want, she... gave me an irritated and baffled look when my husband answered her ?brewed coffee?. She corrected us and said ?oh, you guys wantcoffee? ???????? I dunno, but does Tim Hortons offer ?instant coffee? then? Lol. Her attitude towards us as a customer drove meto give this place a 1-star. You would think Tim's coffee would pretty much taste the same, this tim Horton is way better
I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered an iced coffee and didn't realize the lid did not fit securely. It refused... to "snap" closed to give a water tight seal. Half done my drink now, I try to take a sip and half of the iced coffee dumpedout from beneath the "secure lid" and above the rim. I'm now wearing it... drenched. I walk in to the store, politely wait myturn in line to be told by a staff member that they can't ensure the accuracy of all lids fitting securely. They didn't offerto make me a new drink... actually in reality I wasn't offered any help whatsoever. This is unacceptable and should not beallowed to continue. What would famous Hockey player Tim Horton say if he saw this kind of mistreatment towards customerscoming from a restaurant bearing his name? Tim Hortons standards are seriously going downhill. Although they legally paid forthe rights to the name for business purposes... they don't deserve the right to use his name. This is a disgrace and you shouldbe ashamed of yourselves. Wasn't happy to hear that the croissant switched to the regular instead of the one made for the breakfast sandwich, but still a... croissant, now they stopped toasting it, I like the croissant toasted, it's how Ive always eaten it... Now I can't get ittoasted, looks like McDs will get my breakfast orders from here on out if I can't order a sandwich the way I like it, I willtake business to a place that wants my money and will make my breakfast the way I want it... First tim Hortons on our cross country drive where the customer service was less than the standard we?ve come to expect. The... person working the drive thru was more preoccupied with their own personal conversation than the task at hand. We also asked forone plain tim bit for our pooch like we do at every Tim?s we go to and this is the first one to ever charge for it. Read more
I would give a zero star if possible. Very rude location and the worker yelled at us because we asked for what happened to our... order since there?s an item missing. And eventually they gave us the wrong order. I do feel mistreated and abusive as a customerand I feel highly discriminated and will never come back again. Read more
